GREEN OASIS

Green Oasis is one of Finland's oldest providers of substance abuse services and preventive drug addiction work in the capital region since 1966. Green Oasis strives with its services to promote well-being, and bring assistance and crisis management to those in need of support.

​

The work of promoting well-being and providing support is implemented through various forms of operations, projects and services. These Services include crisis help, food and clothing assistance as well as service guidance and group activities. 

These services are carried out in Green Oasis’s offices, street work, home visits, telephone and digital services and aim towards supporting steps towards life control and a drug-free life.

 

Green Oasis crisis help service offers support guidance and services for people in risk of exclusion and for those left out of social and mental health services or substance abuse support. In addition, crisis help services aim to offer support to those in difficult life situations, to strengthen the client's resources and coping mechanisms and provide options for both immediate and long-term support.  

 

Green Oasis is dedicated to the welfare of those in need of support in the community. Anyone in need of crisis help, food assistance and service guidance is welcome to contact Green Oasis.

You can inquire separately about food assistance Mon-Fri from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.: 040 411 5891 

Breakfast is served at Green Oasis (Sibeliuskenkatu 6) Mon-Thurs at 9 to 10:30 a.m. 

Soup lunch is on Tuesdays from 10:30 to 11 a.m.
